Fostering a strong company culture is essential for a multitude of reasons. Beyond bolstering employee engagement and nurturing a profound sense of connection and commitment, a well-defined culture plays a pivotal role in attracting and retaining top-tier talent. During my tenure as the managing video producer at MX, I assumed a role akin to that of a company historian, capturing the essence of our culture through videos and photos.
